“Non bene”
The central location and the garage were good, but the room was neglected: the shower head was missing, the taps were old and damaged, the shower door panels were ruined, and the drain clogged; I reported it at reception, which I think they already knew. Some front‑desk staff were polite but not friendly. Breakfast was barely adequate with little variety, and there was no bread because the staff said their baker was closed. All of this felt superficial, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
