“Perfekt”
There are cheaper nice hotels, but for the extra price you get a lot more luxury and a higher level of convenience. All in all, it’s worth the price. The only downside was that the bread was too bland for my taste; it was fine, just regional. We are a bit spoiled.
“Très bien”
The view was great, the staff were very pleasant, and the food was excellent, yet the terrace was overrun with pigeons during breakfast, which made it unpleasant and unclean.
“Excellent”
The old‑world charm mixed with modern amenities was fantastic, and the pool was a real highlight—nothing else could be said but I had to leave!
The breakfast was flawless and the staff were outstanding, but the bedding quality left something to be desired.
The hotel had a beautiful, antique feel with a charming atmosphere; the lobby was lovely and the interior design was superb. Everyone on the staff was friendly, the housekeeping was thorough—rooms were clean from the morning and again in the evening when they also brought chocolate and water. The capsule coffee machine served tasty coffee, and the tea was high quality French tea. In the evenings there was live music in the lobby. The pool area was also wonderful, with nice views and clean towels. However, I had booked a room with a mountain view but was given a 1st‑floor room overlooking the parking lot. I only stayed for three nights, so I didn’t want to spend time moving to another room or dealing with issues. The omelette at breakfast was undercooked, almost raw like mucus, and the salmon was overly salty.
