The room was clearly not cleaned properly – I saw dust on the nightstand and the bathroom was grimy. Other than that, there wasn’t anything else that caught my eye. [/BODY]
“Very good”
The manager and the whole team seemed eager to give the best service, always polite and ready to help. Apart from that, the stay was just okay – nothing spectacular, but no real complaints either. [/BODY]
“Bad experience”
No complimentary breakfast or welcome drink was offered, which was a let‑down, and the room’s cleanliness was terrible – dirt on the carpet and stains in the bathroom. Those two issues made the stay hard to recommend. [/BODY]
The staff were genuinely friendly and even helped us with a later checkout, which was a big plus. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, so getting around was effortless. [/BODY]
“Excellent behavior 👍”
If you want to enjoy more of Sumon, this place already feels comfortable and pleasant. There really isn’t anything else to mention. [/BODY]
