I've stayed here a number of times. Convenient location. As my flight arrives after 7.30pm & after checking into accomodation its after 8.30, it's great that in Palmer Street you can get a hot meal at one of the hotels as most of the restaurants have closed their kitchens! It's very easy to use the after hours access system. Nothing

“Loved it as always”

The location is great and the rooms are awesome ☺️. The only issue we noticed is that during busy weekends all the motels hike their prices, which feels unfair but it’s a common practice everywhere.

“Very disappointing property.”

The hot shower and location were nice, but the 2‑bedroom unit that sleeps 4 had only 3 coffee cups, 1 wine glass, and 3 drinking glasses—insufficient for all of us, so we had to buy more. The patio was filthy with bird droppings and rust from an old air‑con unit. The windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out, and when we tried to open them the screens tore and were filthy. There was a container full of cigarette butts on the patio. It was the worst place we have ever stayed.
