“Den var okej men förväntade mig mer, vistelsen stördes av trafiken i området.”

Breakfast was okay, nothing more. The traffic outside the window was very noisy and gave the place a worn-out vibe.

The hotel staff are so welcoming, the interior design is stunning, the breakfast buffet is delicious, the restaurant menu is excellent, and the spa is incredibly relaxing!

As a former banquet‑service employee at the Grand Elysée Hotel in Hamburg, I was totally impressed and captivated by everything, my hotel heart beat faster right away. Whether it was the ambience, the excellent service at dinner or the breakfast in the morning, it was simply fantastic. Thank you very much for everything and for the wonderful stay. The carpets in the hallways and the bathrooms are a bit dated.

“Jederzeit wieder, danke an das ganze Team”

We were satisfied all around and could relax very well! The rooms were very nice with a small terrace, simply wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive! A wonderful stay. The kitchen left no room for doubt, absolutely delicious. Nothing comes to mind.
