The location was excellent for reaching nearby attractions, and the staff went above and beyond, but there was no tea or coffee in the rooms—just a kettle and two cups. The bathroom door needs hooks, the wardrobe needs hangers, and a bedside light switch would be handy.

The hotel was very clean, still new so everything stayed immaculate, quiet, and private, but the room had no desk for work.

The facilities were great, but the staff were insane—he doubled as the front desk clerk and chef, was rude and insolent, had no idea about breakfast expectations, lacked customer‑relations skills, and would ruin the business if this isn’t addressed.
