Two front‑desk staff tried to help, yet the hotel was remote and old, rooms were small, the pool was faulty, breakfast was overpriced, there was a kettle but no electrical outlet, and there were cups but no coffee, tea, or sugar.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very helpful; everything else was good.

While the staff at this hotel was friendly and helpful, particularly when it came to arranging taxis, they fell short in other areas. The breakfast was subpar, and there was no one available to take requests in the restaurant. What's more, they only served breakfast, which made it difficult for families staying here to find alternative meal options.

I'm still trying to figure out why I chose this hotel, given its terrible location. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue I encountered during my stay. The staff was completely unhelpful, and the breakfast was a disaster. To top it all off, the rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay.
