“Banheiro nao estava bem limpo”

I arrived at night and my reservation wasn’t found, even though there was a vacancy and I stayed at the hotel; the front desk told me that my other booking for the return trip five days later, also made through Booking, wasn’t set up either, so I could book by phone using the hotel business card they gave me, but I didn’t get any phone support and decided to stay in the previous city because it was already late; still, without them having my reservation, I was charged the 380 that I had reserved through Booking.

“A great spot to overnight”

I had a great single night at the hotel, it felt very cozy. Nothing else.

I liked the location, the room was quiet, the beds comfy, it’s pet friendly, and the in‑hotel pizzeria was great! The bathroom could be better and the window blackout isn’t high quality.
