All the staffs especially Anu mam, Tashi and all the staffs were exceptional. Always smiling ready to help with all the information regarding nearby tourist places and daily needs.

“My prefered place in Leh”
The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the main market is within walking distance. The room was good for the price, but the TV setup could be improved, especially for long stays.
The staff were professional, the rooms comfortable, and the food very good, creating an overall warm atmosphere. The distance from the car parking to the hotel was a downside.

The hotel is close to the city center and very clean. The welcome at all levels was exceptional, especially Stefy at reception. The room was pretty and spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains. It was a pleasure to meet Anu again, who was always smiling, cheerful, and attentive to her guests. She arranged a great driver for the Nubra Valley, handled the permits, and without her everything would have been complicated. Everything was perfect; I can only recommend El Castello Hotel and its team.

The rooms were comfortable, beautiful, and clean, and the hotel also had a nice lobby, restaurant, and rooftop area. Breakfast was tasty, and the location was great—just a few minutes' walk to the city center. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for us.
