The reception was fantastic, the location is perfect, the rooms are very clean, and the staff—especially Davut—are always ready to help and advise.

The environment was clean and the staff were helpful.
The location was great, close to public transport, restaurants, and lively streets, and the room had all the necessary comforts. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and a shower gel had already been opened and used, but it wasn’t a big deal and the price‑to‑quality ratio was good.

The staff were all very nice. The room was a bit small but clean, and the location in the old town made it quiet and easy to get around. I needed breakfast at 7:30 am for a visit to Lao Huang Gong, but the hotel’s breakfast only started at 8:30; they arranged for a night‑shift employee to prepare it for us, which was fantastic. It would be even better if the windows had screens to keep flies and mosquitoes out.
