The room was spacious, well‑located, and had great facilities, but the staff could have been friendlier.

The place is in a good spot, but it was extremely noisy; the windows face the main road with trams and we couldn’t sleep at all.

The hotel kept the rooms clean, comfortable, and the location was great, yet the breakfast selection was too limited for a four‑star property.

The staff were excellent—everyone was very friendly and helpful.
