Everything was beautiful and met our needs; we loved it. The only issue was the manager at Lyons reception, unrelated to the lovely caravan owner. She wouldn’t help my mum with the app, which didn’t work on her phone, so the lifeguard stepped in and received a two‑pound thank‑you. Mandy, the manager, was unhelpful and cited other customers. This had nothing to do with the mobile home itself, which was perfect and beautiful. Just the reception management was disappointing.

The caravan was brilliant, the campsite very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent stay: very clean, peaceful, secure, well‑equipped, and it felt like home. 100 % recommended.

Spacious, very clean, very quiet, great host, amazing location, plenty for kids, and secure. The garden could have been better maintained; that was the only downside.
