The receptionist, an Indian guy, was very friendly and helpful, doing his best to ensure guests were satisfied and offering assistance whenever needed. The cleaner and the owner were also very nice, so the staff overall were great. The entire place gets cleaned every day at 10 am, keeping it tidy overall. Lastly, it’s very close to the city’s main train station and offers many transportation options.

“8/10”

I met some pleasant friends for conversation, but there were no curtains on the bed and I couldn't dry enough clothes.

The staff were attentive, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The bed frames felt cheap, thin, and wobbly, and the lockers were too small for a backpack—only a shopping bag could fit. There was no microwave, no air conditioning, and no fan, and the building stayed noisy well past midnight.

“Great experience for the money”

The owners were really nice and helped us with everything. They were really welcoming and gave us great recommendation for a good pizza place. Only the location is a bit unfortunate because it is close to the train station and there surrounding were a but dangerous. But other than that the location is great because the center is really close
