Nubian Island, Families and Couples only

I was initially impressed by the hotel's comfortable amenities, but unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which made my stay feel less than enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's overall quality, with a beautiful and well-maintained property, excellent animation, and good food options. However, the service in the restaurant was a major disappointment, with staff more interested in socializing than attending to their duties. While the hotel has some redeeming qualities, the poor service brings it down to a four-star rating at best.

“Molto buono per fare una vacanza con famiglia”

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to help with any needs or requests. The property itself was well-maintained and clean, with a lovely atmosphere. While the location was a bit of a drawback, the hotel's amenities, including the delicious food options, made up for it.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offered a great value for the price. The location was convenient, with shops both within the hotel and nearby. However, I did experience some minor issues during my stay, but overall, the hotel's strengths outweighed its weaknesses. The hotel's proximity to shopping areas made it an ideal choice for me.
