The location was convenient. The room was in poor condition, there was a bad smell in both the room and the washroom, and overall the room looked old and poorly maintained.
“Nice and memorable”
The location is great and the staff are friendly and hardworking, but the rooms aren’t sound‑proof. I could hear the TV volume, a child crying from the next room, and even the workers in the building next door, all of which were annoying.

“I was disappointed with the behavior and attitude of the staff member who was on duty that morning.”
I arrived at the hotel around 6:00 AM on 12 August and asked if I could check in early. The staff on duty first said it was possible, then told me I’d have to pay the full‑day rate. At other Olive hotels in Bangalore I’ve only paid a half‑day rate for early check‑in, but that same staff member said no rooms were available and told me to leave. I was let down by the way he treated me; it wasn’t professional and fell short of the service I’ve seen at other Olive locations.
