“Muy buena”

The hotel itself is pretty, but the room we got was extremely small, and the bathroom was also tiny; we asked if we could be moved to a larger room for an extra fee, but they said no space was available, which surprised me. The room was too small, just like the bathroom, and it didn't match the photos.

Everything was very nice. A bit uncomfortable that the parking isn’t in the same building and that the reception staff, while very polite, could be a little friendlier and less rigid in their service; the pool water was very cold.

“Mala experiencia. No volveríamos”

The location and the Balmoral restaurant were good. Reception service, an old, small room with a noisy air conditioner that wouldn’t turn on, and they lied about not being able to charge my card (which I used to pay at checkout) because they said the room wasn’t available and gave me a horrible one. Breakfast was a disaster, so we ate outside for two of the three days.
