The place was clean, the room was tidy, the breakfast was good, and it was close to both the city center and the sea. Nothing negative.

Daniele is the friendliest and most helpful host I've met in all of Italy! The room was excellent, and the rooftop breakfast was even better. The location is great—it's not in the strict center of San Vito, so it's quieter and has fewer tourists, yet it's still within walking distance of the beach. Highly recommend!

The hotel is close to the sea, the building is new, and the breakfast and panoramic terrace are great.

The location is near the center but not so close that you feel the chaos. It's close to the beach. I liked the spotless cleanliness, the staff’s availability, and the large covered terrace fully equipped.
