No AC was working, making it the worst hotel ever.

I couldn't use hot water for a shower at all, which was a real disappointment.

Location, accommodation and staff was excellent. Room service food was pretty costly though food quality was average

The hotel was super efficient, spotlessly clean, and centrally located near Sitabuldi, offering great value; breakfast was tasty and the staff were very welcoming, especially Mr. Alark who made everything smooth—definitely coming back.
