“the experience did not meet the expected standards”

The location, Wi‑Fi, and the ability to order outside food for delivery to your room were good. I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay: the hotel wouldn’t let me extend my stay through the FabHotels platform; when I asked for an extra night, the staff said FabHotels doesn’t pay them on time and demanded I pay cash at reception or leave. That was unprofessional and put me in a tough spot. The staff were not welcoming or customer‑friendly. Housekeeping wasn’t included by default; I was told later that I had to hand the key to the reception if I wanted the room cleaned, and this should have been told at check‑in. There was no food service or dining facility on site, which was inconvenient. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations; better communication, improved customer service, and better coordination between FabHotels and the hotel management are needed.

The location and also the service of the hotel. I was there for 4 nights and everyday my room was being cleaned and the towels were being changed. The toilet. The lid of the toilet was loose
