The stay was wonderful; the house was clean, organized, and the location was excellent and close to all services, key places, and the beach. The host was very friendly, cooperative, and quick to respond, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place and would gladly return.

Convenient location and good breakfast. The shower had no hot water on Friday morning.

The Newlands Sun sits in a convenient spot and the staff—especially at breakfast—are genuinely friendly. My room was well appointed with all the expected hotel facilities, but an industrial noise from the bathroom extraction/ac system kept me awake all night, and a light behind the TV shone across the ceiling in the newly renovated room; perhaps a senior staff member could stay overnight in each room to catch such issues.
