The automated system, new palazzo, and furniture were impressive; the location was excellent for what I needed to do, cleanliness was good, useful amenities included a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a comfortable Smart TV; the automated procedure allowed quick check‑in and payments via automatic messages.

The location is unbeatable for the price, even compared to Venice itself; the bus stop is right outside the street and you’re in Venice in under 10 minutes, saving you the noise and the hassle of walking through streets and bridges to reach accommodation. The room has just enough for a short stay, but the lack of soundproofing is glaring—every conversation and noise from the neighbors is heard clearly, even at a normal volume. The room feels underutilised; it’s large and could offer more comforts, yet there are no towel hooks for the sink or shower. I’m also uneasy about the connecting doors between rooms—they’re closed and have paper over the lock holes, but it still feels insecure.

Near the bus stop, but the air conditioning failed to work properly, making the room swelteringly hot. I had to open the window, which lacked a screen, and there were plenty of mosquitoes. A fan would have helped. The bed was missing slats on one side, so sitting on it caused me to fall through. Soundproofing was minimal; I could hear the neighbors through the connecting door.

Free parking, close to the bus stop and grocery store, and the room includes a refrigerator and microwave.

The location was very good, right near the bus stop to Venice. The rooms are noisy; you hear normal conversations from the neighboring room, which is full of chatter, and the door connecting the two rooms amplifies the noise. There’s no way to hang a towel in the bathroom, the smell is bad, and the shower enclosure is far too small. I couldn’t assess the staff because I didn’t see any.
