“Comfortable”

The staff were clean, friendly, and incredibly helpful, and the hotel sits just a stone’s throw from the Mall of Asia, offering a fantastic ocean view.

The staff were supportive and helpful, and the location is very accessible, though the toilet water had a strange smell.

“Aside from the bed issue, our stay was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very respectful and courteous.”

Check‑in was quick and the rooms were clean, but the bed wasn’t a real queen; it was two small beds joined together with sheets, and the partition was obvious.

“Thank you, hope the staff always provide the coffe”

The hotel is accessible, but the pool itself was disappointing.
