The owner‑couple run the hotel with passion and heart, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is varied and excellent, and it’s worth a stay in Ascona.

We really enjoyed our stay; the staff were attentive and nice, the breakfast with fresh local products was delicious, and we’ll definitely come back.

Every single aspect of the hotel was taken care of; the location is superb, people are very attentive, the food is top notch, the room is perfect, instructions are clear, we had to leave our luggage for a while to go on a boat ride and they kindly handled it, and they have great systems for everything.
