The location was good, but there were too many stairs; as someone using a walking stick the elevator should have been working, making it hard to walk down so many stairs every morning for breakfast and then back up.

We enjoyed the pool, the rooms and the facilities; the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the staff were all helpful and friendly. However, the tiles around the pool area were very slippery when wet and the elevators were out of order.

The pool was good. The location by the sea meant there was practically no beach to use, the elevators didn’t work, and it was scary to try to get on them.

I liked the wide variety of food and drinks, the pool was nice, the place was very clean, and the bartenders and male servers were very friendly. The service in some areas was very poor; the female servers and desk area staff for lunch/breakfast were not friendly, and overall I think customer service needs to be improved especially for non‑foreign guests.
