“Felt uncomfortable from beginning to end!”

Nothing! The room was dated, furniture old and torn, linens stained, and the remote felt slimy. I couldn’t even access the lobby at night; I had to stand outside and talk through a window to check in. Overpriced for what we got—never again!

The photos online are outdated and don't match reality. The TV is a dinosaur model with only 10 channels, the beds feel hard, and the room had a musty smell that aggravated my allergies. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

“Front desk A-1 Customer Service”

My check-in experience was excellent. Customer service means everything to me, and I truly appreciated the level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail. She thought outside the box and made our stay even more convenient & placed me directly in front of where my car was parked. So easy for me to access the car with my grandbaby throughout our stay. It’s those little thoughtful touches that make such a big difference. Thank you for providing such wonderful customer service and making our stay PERFECT!. I didn’t want to leave ☺️

The staff were friendly, but the breakfast didn't match the pictures, and the room door barely closed, leaving me feeling insecure.

“Horrible”

The room I was given smelled as if someone had used the bathroom throughout the entire space. After reporting it, a front‑desk lady brought spray deodorant and offered to leave it in the room, but the smell got worse when I stored water in the fridge. I told the front desk I couldn't stay there, yet they refused a refund and only swapped me for another room, which was better but still not great.
