They sent a video of the room, but when we got there I had to pick up the key from a hole outside. The pool was filthy, the room had no bed—just two mattresses on the floor, a bloody sheet, no curtains, exposed outlets, and it was swelteringly hot. I asked for a 30% refund and still haven't gotten it. Totally disgusting place, no chance of a decent stay.

I paid via PIX for three nights, but because of travel hiccups I arrived on day two. The room had already been used by other guests, no cleaning, no linens, trash and weed everywhere. The host refused to prepare it, saying he was doing us a favor, and when I cancelled the rest I was told I'd get a full refund through the booking site, but they never paid and left it to the host. Now I'm out of pocket and the place is awful—stay away.

The setup was bad, the bedding terrible, and there was no TV at all. I didn't like anything.
