The spot in Tokyo is spot on, right by the trains and surrounded by a ton of shops and eateries. The Oimachi Tracks area looks polished and feels pretty upscale, even though the hotel itself had a lot of fellow tourists. Still, the neighborhood felt less touristy than you’d expect in central Shinagawa. Breakfast was top‑class and the staff genuinely went out of their way to greet us and anticipate everything we needed. We ran into a hiccup with our booking and didn’t get the view room we’d specifically requested, but the team fixed it quickly and handed us a view room as soon as the error was spotted.

The hotel was beautiful and modern, the staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was incredible—delicious, high‑quality food with a wide range of options, and the location was easy to reach by train and surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining. A grocery store was just a few floors down. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The gym was small and lacked free weights; it’s not a big deal, but those wanting more workout equipment might be disappointed.

We stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Oimachi Tracks Tokyo for three nights during our Japan holiday, and it was a lovely experience! The hotel is brand new, modern and conveniently located right next to Oimachi Station, making it incredibly easy to explore Tokyo. Overall, a wonderful hotel in a convenient location. We really appreciated having such easy access to public transport! Nothing else to note.
