“A Disappointing and Unfulfilling Stay”

Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about my stay at this hotel. The lack of amenities and poor service made for a disappointing experience.

“A Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate events. The room we were initially assigned was unacceptable, and despite our requests, we were not offered an alternative. We decided to check out immediately, but were disappointed to find that we were not entitled to a free cancellation or any form of compensation. The hotel's service was subpar, and their customer service team took an inexcusable 10 days to respond to our concerns.

“Disappointing Experience at a Hotel I've Visited Multiple Times”

I've had the misfortune of staying at this hotel six times, but unfortunately, the management doesn't seem to care about the issues I've faced. They primarily cater to German tour groups, giving them preferential treatment. We booked a room directly at the Dražica hotel to avoid being placed in one of the outlying buildings, but they still managed to put us in a different one.

I was pleased with the hotel's location and pool, but the breakfast buffet was a letdown due to the limited selection of options.

I was impressed by the hotel's excellent location and generous breakfast buffet, which included drinks. The staff in the restaurant were particularly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to find that the interior of my room's closet was dirty.
