The hotel’s location is decent and convenient, though it isn’t a view room, so don’t expect scenic sights from your room. The facilities are average and sufficient for a short stay. The biggest issue was the lack of a water purifier; we had to buy bottled water or fill from the downstairs tank, which was quite inconvenient. Food prices on the menu were extremely high for the quality offered. Door handles were old‑fashioned and hard to lock or unlock properly. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming. All in all, this place is only workable if you’re on a very tight budget; otherwise, there are better options nearby.

The location was very good, just a 5‑minute walk from Mall Road. The staff were very helpful, and the stay was peaceful and comfortable.
