Maria at the front desk was very friendly and helpful; she printed an itinerary for us while we were in Interlaken, which was really useful. We booked a standard room for two but were upgraded to a family room with four beds. A bus to the station stops just outside the hotel. There is a lounge with dining facilities for guests. The entrance is small, and there is water in the shower that is partly blocked.
