I was completely shocked; this isn’t a hotel but a spot for homeless and drug users. I stayed awake most nights after a full day of work because people were fighting outside our room. I expected better and am filing a complaint.

I’m at a loss for words—drug addicts bickered all night, doors slammed, and the flush didn’t work; the kettle smelled bad and there were no spoons. Trams rattled through the night, and blood stained the door handles. This place is a halfway house for addicts and the homeless, not a hotel, and it shouldn’t be.
