Atour Hotel Shaoxing Heqiao

“Worth the stay. Book with Trip.com not Booking.com”

The hotel was new, modern, and spotless, but there were hardly any restaurants or supermarkets nearby.

The hotel's culinary offerings, particularly breakfast, were geared more towards local tastes, which might not appeal to international guests. Adding a touch of Western or international flavors would elevate the dining experience.

“Not a nice experience”

The hotel's proximity to local markets was a significant advantage, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by several issues, including cleanliness and unprofessional behavior from a staff member. While the hotel's location was a major plus, the overall experience was marred by these problems. The hotel's cleanliness and staff behavior fell short of expectations.

“Gorgeous reception hall does not reflect the rooms. Overpriced”

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience, with the prime location and helpful staff being major highlights, but also encountering some significant drawbacks, such as the inconvenient elevator placement and limited buffet options. The hotel's predominantly Chinese clientele and language barrier posed a substantial challenge for non-Chinese speaking visitors.

This hotel offers a pleasant stay near the lake, with immaculately clean spaces and rooms, and a friendly staff who, although not fluent in English, can communicate effectively with the help of a translator. However, the breakfast buffet lacks Western options, which could be improved without compromising the local market.
