“Perfect location, excellent breakfast and spotless facilities. Rooftop area lovely too.”

The location was very good and the facilities were spotless. The small lift only holds three people max, which feels tight if you have luggage.

A hotel in a prime location—pleasant, comfortable, and clean. The service is excellent; I’d like to highlight Marcus at the reception, who took care of everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended

“Great location and staff”

The staff were great and the location was within easy walking distance of the Spanish Steps, restaurants, and the bustling center. I had hoped the balcony would face the street, but it didn't, though it was still a lovely spot to relax.

“A clean and well run facility in the center of Rome.”

The place sits right in the heart of the city, with Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona all a 10‑minute stroll away, and the Colosseum and Termini station just a 20‑minute walk. Breakfast comes free and was more than adequate. The staff were fantastic and welcoming, and the rooftop terrace offered a quiet retreat. Just note that the front desk is on the fourth floor.
