The location is great and Hansini was very helpful, thanks, but the view from my room was disappointing.

The hotel sits right in the city centre and the staff are attentive, but it can get a bit noisy.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is very good.

Excellent location, though the car parking is not great.

Good location, comfy bed. Staff friendly. Not a 4 star property. More like 3. It was clean but not immaculate. Stayed two nights but no one came to replenish the room until 5pm next day which was too late. Also took £30 deposit which wasn’t mentioned on booking and wanted photo ID again not mentioned, luckily had some on me but I don’t always. Shower was a trickle and the rooms aren’t very well noise insulated. Could hear everything next door said
