The staff were so lovely. The bathrooms were dirty. My tv didn’t work my locker didn’t lock and the safe didn’t work
The spot was great, but the noise and the uncomfortable bed made it a mixed experience.

It was a one‑of‑a‑kind adventure, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the hygiene was poor, especially in the bathrooms, and having all areas mixed together was a drawback for the modest facilities. In reality it felt more like a capsule hostel than a hotel, and one of our capsules had a broken door that was “fixed” while we were there. When we asked how to handle an emergency, the staff couldn’t give us any explanation.

The location was good, but the space was extremely tight, making it hard to move around. The capsules were all stuck together, and any small movement in the neighboring capsule amplified noise in yours. Even just opening the capsule doors was very loud. Charging phones inside the capsule was often impossible due to technical issues, so you might wake up with a dead phone if you managed to sleep. The bathrooms were dirty, and overall the place was barely acceptable.
