Cristina was very kind and kept our apartment clean throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient. Contacting the place before arrival was smooth. We could leave our luggage after check‑out, which let us explore the city freely on the day of departure 😁 The walls in the room could use a refresh.

Elevator, a 'kitchen corner' with a kettle and a food selection with free water in the fridge, very spacious and the best air‑conditioning ever (it turns off when a window or door is opened). The bathroom is excellent! The room with a bathroom in an apartment provides quiet from other residents. The loud 'factory' across the street. The building is hard to find as a 'hotel' – no sign or bell.

The bathroom is good, and the snacks are nice. The mattress is too soft, and there was only one pillow, which was also soft; at least one more would be needed. 70+ stairs is a challenge.
