The staff were super welcoming and friendly, helping with everything we needed.

After we asked for a checkout because the original room was terrible, the staff moved us into a better suite that was livable; the original room had an AC that didn’t cool, was full of mosquitoes, the bedding was stained, and the bed was tiny even though the description said the beds were over 2 metres.

The prices were good, but the room was dirty and the mattress was stained.
