We only checked in for three hours before a family emergency forced us to leave early, and I’m disappointed we never received any refund or even a chance to use the room.

The location is good, with a mall and several restaurants nearby; the hotel is really nice and clean, the staff are very friendly, the room was tidy, and breakfast was really good.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was excellent, and the breakfast was great—nothing to complain about.

The place felt brand‑new and crisp, but the staff could use a bit more grooming.
