The staff were friendly, the room had a balcony, and the coffee shop and restaurant were nice. Everything was really great and the location in Naklua was fantastic.

The pool was nice. I ended up paying 400 baht even though it was advertised as free for children, and the pool stayed open until 1 am with a lot of noisy guests, making it impossible to sleep; it should have closed at 6 pm.

The hotel itself isn’t bad, but the staff were very rude, it’s far from the centre and not reachable on foot. My powerbank was stolen and never returned, and I was cheated on the deposit. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast was actually pretty good, and the place was spotless. But the bathroom was a real issue - the shower and toilet were right next to each other, and the drain was clogged, making a mess everywhere. And to make matters worse, the sink was in a separate room. Whoever designed this bathroom needs to go back to the drawing board.
