“Not very comfortable experience”

The internet didn’t work. The staff was incomprehensible and we didn’t feel welcome. The hallway smelled extremely bad. Breakfast was never varied; it was always the same, no meat for Muslims.

The front desk gentleman the morning after we arrived managed to partially fix our issue. When we entered our room it was cold; only the air‑conditioner worked, the heater didn’t. We reported it to reception, and the man told us the heater was broken but didn’t explain that. We asked for an extra blanket and a cotton sheet was given. I caught a chill that first night. The next morning another front desk staff member came, checked the situation, and set up a portable heater. The room was warmer than the night before, but the bathroom still stayed cold.
