Hotel San Martin

Excellent location and very friendly staff, everyone was really polite and welcoming, and arrival was very easy; my single room was fine in size and well arranged/clean, a highlight was the old balcony facing Callao with that old‑house feeling; the bathroom and the lighting in the room could be improved, which would greatly impact comfort and the quality of the amenities.

I booked a double room, but it only had two single beds, which was not what I expected.

Nothing was good; it was the worst place I have ever stayed at. Terrible! I found no glasses, the towels were stained, and the sheets were dirty.

The location was good and the bed was super comfortable, but the room lacked a Smart TV and was dark.
