The views and the beds were great, but the bathrooms left something to be desired.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel is very close to the ruins of Cusco, but reaching it often requires a taxi because it sits very high up.

The facilities and the staff at reception and the restaurant were excellent, but the room was small.

“Comfy and clean”

The hotel is new and very clean, with rooms that are a good size, warm, and comfortable, and the staff are always attentive and polite. However, although you can walk downtown, the hotel sits at a very high point in the city, so the walk back is quite steep. Breakfast is very simple, offering juice, tea, coffee, bread, butter, and eggs on the table.

The hotel is small and nice with a view of Cusco, has very hot water and heating, but there are many stairs from the center to the hotel, unless someone wants a pre‑flight prep.
