The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and spotless, which was a pleasant surprise.
The rooms were excellent, the food was delicious, and the spa service was simply divine – I couldn't have asked for more!
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home.

“Not enjoyable”
Good property Good food. The AC was leaking and when we told to repair it while we were out the entire evening they didn’t do it. They sent someone at 11.30 pm to repair it disturbing our sleep. All this while I was walking for a room change and that wasn’t done either . The manager told me that room change can be given but the time was 12.30 am . Also I had requested for a room on the lower floor as my mum is 75 yrs old and can’t climb the stairs and there’s no lift. They didn’t bother to consider that at all. And the buggy apparently was only available for few ppl . I had to fight to get one for us for our luggage and my mum as she was already tired climbing up and down the stairs there . So the trip was less fun and more trouble some
The bistro was tasty, the stay comfortable and a good value, and the location was ideal—not too far from the city. The pool could use some improvement, and more activities for kids would be welcome.
The property was amazing, well maintained, and offered plenty to do; indoor games and the kids’ play area were good, and the restaurants had varied menus with solid food prep. However, room service lagged, a first‑aid kit for my son was missing at reception, and we only got ice for a cold compress after several reminders and 30 minutes; the pool also needed better upkeep.

The ambience, landscape, and rooms were all excellent, with no complaints at all.
Property experience overall was good. Very poor checkin experience. We received our rooms more than 2 hours late. Paying a premium price for such a poor experience was pathetic
