The key was handed over quickly, with no questions and great friendliness. Everything was good.

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. The air conditioner leaked, so we woke up with the carpet, any floor items, suitcases, and bags all soaking wet; we had to dry them with a hair dryer as best we could. The manager was notified, was kind, but because we had booked, he couldn’t give any compensation and told us to contact them to start a refund. I called and was on hold but never got to speak to anyone.
