Getting in and out with a pass card was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Their shoe‑free rule keeps the floor extra clean. The kitchen area offers a table and sofas for eating and relaxing, plus free hot and cold water. However, the price is a bit higher than comparable hotels in Kuala Lumpur, and the quiet setting means that noise from neighboring rooms can be quite annoying. Also, the wall sockets aren’t universal, so you’ll likely need an adapter.

The price is reasonable, nothing more. The air conditioning isn’t cold enough and the soundproofing is terrible, plus the place just doesn’t feel like a proper hotel.
