The spot is great and the room is big and comfy, but the WiFi is awful and the breakfast options are pretty limited.

The front desk didn’t give me the room I booked, then charged an extra 65 yuan for a king‑size bed that I had already ordered, placed me next to an air‑conditioner vent where low‑frequency noise kept me awake all night, and half of the window was blocked by a massive pillar, making the stay terrible; the staff even overcharged guests, though after a dispute they eventually refunded the extra fee.

“Great Staff, excellent location”

The reception team were fantastic and always ready to help with luggage, parcels, or any room issues, all with a smile. The breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was similar to other Shenzhen hotels—plenty of choices, though not everyone will like the food.
