The hotel offers a spa, Turkish sauna, and swimming pool, which were all great; there aren’t many shops around, but the location works well.

The stay was not there; the hotel ignored refund requests, and the staff were not communicative.

The staff were friendly and the location was decent relative to Sanqingshan, but the facilities were severely lacking—especially the space, which was awful. We had a bad experience with staff chatting among themselves, lights left on, no working A/C, and we paid SGD 100 per person. Many floors were empty and closed, giving a creepy vibe, so it wasn’t very relaxing.

The room was spacious enough and the receptionist was kind, but it was a bit dark for us; the bed was comfortable and roomy.
