“Matig”
The location was handy, close to the cable car and downtown, and the place was very dog‑friendly. However, the rooms had poor sound insulation, so we heard a lot from other guests; the fruit at breakfast was unappetizing, pre‑cut and discolored, and the mattress was uncomfortable.

The building was pretty nice and in a good spot near Conad supermarket; the city center is walkable and the Terme are just a stone’s throw away. Breakfast was tasty and generous. The rooms weren’t well sound‑proofed, so we heard a lot from other rooms, and the bathrooms could use a good refresh.

We drove over 1500 km to this hotel based on recommendations and it was worth it! The service and location were superb, the meals were delicious, parking was plentiful, and the staff were very pet‑friendly. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to relax in the Dolomites with or without a dog; English is spoken without a hitch. Highly recommend—definitely back again!

The staff were extremely kind and professional, the food was excellent, plentiful, and high‑quality. The hotel was very clean and welcoming, and our four‑legged friends were treated like real guests.

There’s a lot of pet‑friendly gear, and you’re allowed to bring your pet to breakfast. The breakfast itself was modest.
