Very clean, and the location is just a few minutes from Broadway. The host was courteous and helpful, but the top floor was hotter than the rest of the house, though fans helped cool it down a lot.

The spot was spot on—quiet, with a distant city view, and I could sit on the front porch and read a book. Nothing else to add.
