“Next time I’m not staying here”

- The restaurant offers room service. The food is just ok. - Spa area is nice enough. - Room is spacious and looks good. - Security issue: Very crowded parking lot, we had to leave our car key at reception in case they needed to move our car so someone else could get out. Problem is, when you’d ask for your car key they’d only ask for the license plate number and car brand, rather than asking your name or your room number, so, hypothetically, anyone could come in and ask for the key to your car. - Moreover, there are empty parking spots right in front of the hotel, that you are not allowed to use even to drop off your luggage, because they are bought by permanent residents, apparently. Yet they were always empty, while the parking lot was absolutely full and parking was a struggle. - Staff professionalism: Upon check-in, the receptionist started addressing the issues of 2 people that were behind us in the queue before she finished our check-in process, which took a long time, despite the fact that our card had already been charged for the stay and this should have been a fast and easy task. We arrived late and were all tired, including our 2 year old, so this was not appreciated. - Breakfast was super crowded and it was difficult to find an empty table, mostly because of the abundance of 4 person tables that were only being used by 2 people at a time. - The water and coffee that they place on the table in the room are not complimentary, despite this being standard in other 4 star hotels. They specifically place it on the table rather than the mini fridge so that you would open them without thinking. - Despite the room being spacious, there is very little storage space. - The tile in the bathroom and shower is dangerously slippery. - The kids’ pool is too small. The adult pool is quite deep even in the shallower end. - There is only one small sauna
